Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Global Sales Executive to join our international sales team, with a primary focus on driving business growth across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Northeast Asia (NEA) markets.
This role will be responsible for developing and managing distributor networks and key account partnerships in the assigned regions, achieving sales targets, and implementing region-specific business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts across Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia
• Drive sales growth through structured business development plans and effective account management across both regions
• Lead and coordinate sales pipeline, order management, and fulfillment processes across assigned markets
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to execute trade promotions, product launches, and market campaigns
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence across SEA & NEA markets to support data-driven business decisions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives within the region
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing strategies, and contract renewals with key partners and distributors
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, cross-border trade regulations, and import processes across different markets
About You
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales or business development experience in Asia-Pacific markets, with proven experience in Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia markets
• Strong background in distributor management, international account management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; ability to manage relationships across multiple countries and cultural contexts
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering business results across diverse and dynamic markets
• Highly organized, proactive, and commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiar with Asia-Pacific retail landscape, market entry strategies, and channel structures
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region as required
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
