Are you a detail-oriented Data Entry or Accounts Receivable professional with a strong track record in high-volume, accurate financial & written data processing? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected Government organisation based in North Ryde on a short-term contract with the potential to extend.

About the Role In this hands-on role, you will support the finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of accounts receivable information. A key part of the role involves written data entry, including checking and updating address details and other customer information. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity and supporting accurate financial processing through careful data review, entry, and reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Finance Data Entry role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, TechnologyOne, or Oracle highly regarded
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
