Experienced Reception candidate required for a busy recruitment firm for a 4 month period.

Your new role
Working Monday to Friday 8-5 in the CBD as our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors. Your role will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients and candidates with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone and email enquiries, directing them efficiently and taking accurate messages
- Scheduling meetings
- Maintaining boardrooms
- Keeping office operations running smoothly
- Providing administrative support to the PA
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous reception experience evident on CV
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
You must be available to start on the 16th June and commit till the end of September.
