This is a full-time position with flexible working hours between Monday-Friday

💡 Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional attitude

Schedule and confirm appointments using our dental management software

Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently

Coordinate insurance verifications and patient billing

Maintain accurate patient records

Support Clinicians with smooth patient flow

Assist with general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly

Lead a team of Receptionists

Rostering

Assisting with the ordering of office supplies

✅ Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)

Leadership experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Core Software is a bonus

Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
