THE ROLE:
This customer service position is an all-rounder role and is a casual position with working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9 – 5:30.
- Inbound Customer Service – No Sales
- Providing outstanding customer service
- customer service both in person, on the telephone and via email
- Answering a high volume of telephone enquiries
- Responding to email enquiries
- General upkeep of the showroom
- Assisting the customer service Supervisor where required
