Ezy Clean Soak Tanks is a privately owned family operated company who provide specialised equipment, services and solutions to the hospitality industry. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Logistics Operator. This role requires a versatile skill set to ensure the smooth installation of equipment at customer sites, above and beyond customer service as well as efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Deliver, install and set up equipment at customer locations, ensuring functionality and customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.

Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Conduct product Operating, Maintenance and Safety training for customers and their staff

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organising warehouse space.

Receive incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and quality.

Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse layout and workflow.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

Prior experience in customer service, equipment installation, or warehouse operations is advantageous.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Computer skills for CRM data entry, Excel, Email

Valid Australian driver's license, clean driving record and able to drive a van

About You:

You have a passion for Customer Service specifically in the Hospitality Industry

You are physically fit, strong and agile to be able to load equipment

You are well presented, well spoken and enjoy dealing with customers & clients

You have the ability to use computer CRM, email and data entry with a willingness to learn

You are comfortable working alone unsupervised

You like to have fun while working and enjoy working in a team environment
