About the Role

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, build, and scale training content that empowers both our customers and internal teams. From onboarding education to technical documentation, you’ll drive learning strategies that enable users and staff to adopt and thrive with DappleCRM.

This is a unique opportunity to blend training design, content creation, and technical writing in a growing, mission-led SaaS company.

What You’ll Do

Identify training needs and skill gaps across customers and internal teams.

Design scalable training approaches for clinics of all sizes & types.

Create and maintain user education content aligned with business goals.

Develop and deliver “Train the Trainer” programs, including evaluation and accreditation tools.

Write clear, engaging end-user documentation and system guides.

Create user guides, quick reference sheets, and bite-sized educational content (videos, walkthroughs, etc.).

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, healthcare, telehealth, or medical aesthetics industries.

Ability to translate complex systems into simple, learnable content.

A background in instructional design, education, or technical writing.

Familiarity with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, or CRM/healthtech platforms.

Passion for user-centric learning and continuous improvement.
