The Role
As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising a wide range of services and events, ensuring an outstanding guest experience across bar, restaurant, and function operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and supervising bar and function services to ensure operational excellence
Planning and coordinating hotel events and entertainment activities
Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety regulations
Monitoring guest satisfaction and reviewing feedback to continuously enhance service offerings
Recruiting, training, and supervising team members to maintain high standards of professionalism and service
About You
We’re looking for a well-rounded hospitality leader who brings energy, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are just as comfortable on the floor as you are planning behind the scenes.
You’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role in hospitality, club, or hotel operations
Strong knowledge of bar, restaurant, and event operations
Familiarity with health and safety compliance
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest relations
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
