We are growing! We’re currently looking for multiple Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join one of our existing Inbound Contact Centre teams!

About the role:
Our client is trusted by consumers as a GLOBAL LEADER in after-sales care across consumer electronics and home appliances. They provide flexible solutions for rapid repair, replacement, or upgrade.
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service to customers over the phone.
Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner.
Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database.
Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout.
Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and our client.
About you:
Previous Contact Centre and live chat experience highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player.
Ability to think on your feet.
Strong computer and systems literacy, Salesforce/CRM experience desirable.
You are a target orientated individual who strives to meet the goals set for them.
Willing to learn & thrive being a part of a supportive, inclusive team.
