Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care for the range of medical, skin cancer, & cosmetic skin treatments provided at the clinic. Key Responsibilities:

· Welcoming patients and managing the front desk

· Booking and managing patient appointments

· Answering phone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

· Liaising with healthcare professionals and their staff

· Maintaining accurate patient records

· Communicating with patients and their families in a compassionate manner

· Upholding practice policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

· Supporting general operational duties across the practice

About You:

· Previous experience in medical reception or customer service role

· Proficiency in Gentu software highly desirable

· A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

· Ethical judgement and decision making skills

· Professional, courteous, and polished presentation

· Able to work independently and manage a busy front desk
