The opportunity

Join our dynamic front desk team as a Medical Receptionist. This role is perfect for those adept in administrative tasks, thriving in fast-paced settings, and passionate about exceptional customer service. About you

You should be a team player who can uphold our irrefutable reputation for getting things done. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and wide ranging administration skills.

Your Role
  • Offer a warm and welcoming presence for patients and visitors.
  • Efficiently handle phone communications, balancing professionalism with a friendly demeanor.
  • Expertly escalate inquiries and feedback, ensuring every client feels heard and their concerns are addressed.
  • Process billing and payments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting appearance in reception and public areas.
  • Utilise technology effectively to streamline clinic operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide seamless service to our clients and their carers

Candidates will need to hold a current suitable police check, first aid and vaccination status.
This is a full time role with shifts 7:30am-5:30pm

Desirable Attributes
  • Proven customer service skills or experience
  • Experience in the delivery of private health services.
