The Role
We are seeking a highly organised office administrator who can work independently to join our investment management business. This person will have a focus on supporting the Legal and Compliance Manager, but the role will encompass office administration duties across all facets of the business.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- preparing various business documents
- maintaining legal files and correspondence
- complete all necessary regulatory filings including to ASIC, APRA and ACNC
- physical and electronic filing
- updating contract and compliance registers
- supporting corporate meetings and other commercial processes to meet our compliance needs
- booking travel
- expense reconciliation
- facilitating annual staff compliance training and training registers
- maintaining office supplies, WPHS needs and office maintenance
- supporting the ad hoc needs of our executives
- oversee some online portals that support the running of the office.
The Candidate
- Proven experience in administration roles
- Proficient in MS Office including experience in email and diary management and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders from all levels of an organisation.
- Be self-motivated with a desire to learn new systems, a strong work ethic, and demonstrate the ability to effectively deal with sensitive and confidential issues.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to work autonomously and take a proactive approach to resolve potential issues.
