They are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager/PM to join their team on. A permanent full-time capacity. This is a newly created role in the business and would suit someone who’s recently stepped into Project Management and wants to further their career or is ready to step up into a PM opportunity.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Previous experience working as a Lead Contract Administrator in commercial building
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, including the internal team, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts effectively and professionally
