Proper Goods is searching for a hands-on and service-minded Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant to join our tight-knit Brookvale team. This is a rare hybrid role for someone who thrives in both customer-facing interactions and practical, warehouse-based tasks—ideal for those who love a fast-paced, varied day and want to grow in a modern, ambitious business.

What You’ll Be Doing
This hybrid role is split between customer experience and warehouse/inventory support, reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with both our customer service and logistics teams.
Customer Experience
Support our customer service team by responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assist with order processing, product information, and after-sales care
Help resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, under the guidance of our experienced CS lead
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and internal platforms
Collaborate with sales and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment
Warehouse & Inventory
Receive and process inbound deliveries: unpacking, labelling, QC, and storing products
Handle customer returns efficiently and accurately
Pick and pack customer orders when needed
Perform ad hoc inventory control and stock management tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Assist with general office and warehouse duties as required

Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a small, collaborative team
Basic computer literacy and comfort using inventory or CRM systems
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn across functions
Previous experience in customer service or warehousing/logistics a plus—but not essential
