Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.

Provide HSE training and support to staff and contractors, promoting a proactive safety culture.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution phases.

Maintain up-to-date records of HSE activities, incidents, and compliance metrics.

About You

Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (Diploma advantageous)

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HSE advisory role within the construction or property development industry.

Strong background in multi-residential or multi-storey projects

Comprehensive knowledge of Queensland's HSE legislation and best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in incident investigation methodologies and risk assessment techniques.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
