The Northside Group has been nurturing long standing venues with an eye for legacy since 2013. Whether it be on a pew in front bar, on the dance floor beneath a disco ball or over a craft beer and unmissable meal - each venue shares the good time ethos run by a good time group.
We're on the hunt for a skilled Social Media Manager who can is confident in managing accounts, whipping up segment led emails and creating strong advertising leads through digital marketing.
A specialist hybrid role, this freelance position is perfect for someone looking to sharpen their hospitality marketing experience and add new brands to their existing freelance work. Your job will be to ensure all campaigns and strategies are communicated at a high level.
About the role
This is a supporting role, working with the Marketing team, you will take over social media content management for all the Northside Group Marketing venues: Bodriggy Brewing Co, The Albion Hotel + Dr Morse with xxx
This position will play a significant role in supporting Northside Group Marketing to bring the brands to life across owned and paid channels, including paid and organic social media and website/blog content, by scheduling and building exceptional quality content that drives awareness, engagement, and ROI.

Facebook Business Manager
Content scheduling systems
Analytic insights - Google Analytics
Adobe Creative Suite
Graphic Design skills are highly preferred
Key responsibilities within this role include:
Manage an engaging content calendar that brings to life the venue brand pillars and engages all digital marketing levers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Execute the delivery of all paid media creative assets to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Coordinate copy writing requirements for all content for social media captions and eDMs. Ensure copy is reflective of the tone of voice and relevant to the objective of the content.
Keeping website event pages up to date across the venues
Support venue strategy by formulating required campaign assets for venue promotions, venue campaigns and more across all channels.
Have a high understanding of both premium brands and social trends to recommend social media content based on competitor and industry insights.
Engage with fans and bring to life each venues personality through fan engagement, re-posting high value content across channels.
Experience and skills we are seeking for this role:
Copywriting/ digital comms
2-3 years of experience or similar
Highly organised, with an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Strong copywriting skills
A strong understanding of paid media placements, formats and best practice
Able to take direction but happy to work autonomously
Ability to edit and proof-read your own work
Confident with technology
A solid understanding of social media marketing for business and trends
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience in managing, planning, and creating content on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging relevant platforms)
Bonus: e-commerce and database management experience
