Our teams deliver programs across Western Australia to help body and mind including in our role as lead agency for three headspace centres along the beautiful coastline south of Perth in Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. This opportunity is for a clinically minded professional to join our management team in the position of Centre Manager at headspace Rockingham.
Each Centre Manager's role is to cohesively lead and manage the clinical, team and operational environments at their centre. Highly motivated to facilitate excellence in integrated holistic healthcare, you will be focused on the goal of improving outcomes for clients of the service and the wider community. The incumbent will work closely and collaboratively with other members of the 360 Health team, ensuring all activities are in accordance with 360 Health processes, the Grant Agreement and direction provided by the Co-CEO/Chief Operating Officer, headspace Consortium and Youth Reference Group.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Possession of tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and eligibility for membership of AHPRA or AASW.
- Experience and ability to effectively lead and report on complex planning and service development processes, including the utilisation of project management and organisational development methodologies.
- Capacity to effectively engage in leadership and management processes, including multidisciplinary and/or cross sector initiatives, and partnerships with a wide range of professionals, organisations and stakeholders.
- Experience and ability to manage all aspects of the team and individual staff members, including recruitment, staff orientation, supervision, performance reviews, staff disciplinary action, performance development and team building.
- Experience in direct service provision to young people and/or providing mental health services or programs, including being able to respond effectively to crisis and high risk situations, when required.
- National Police Certificate dated within 6 months and Working with Children check, or willingness to apply.

- Salary $119K per annum plus 12% superannuation from 1 July
