We are currently looking for a trade qualified Butchery Manager who is also an experienced team leader to join our team in Jurien Bay.

The successful applicant will be someone who thrives working in a high-volume environment, has natural enthusiasm, is welcoming and engaging and has a strong passion for producing high quality products and providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

All aspects of butchery

Managing the team and operations of the butchery, including rostering of staff

Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to maintain a high-quality product and achieve margin KPI's

Manage and report on inventory, sales, merchandising and shrinkage

Compliance with all relevant legislation, including Food Safety, Trade Measurement, and Occupational Health & Safety, etc.

Maintaining general department cleanliness

Uphold and maintain all Policies & Procedures, including uniform standards

Attributes & Skills:

Trade-Qualified butcher who has leadership qualities and has a focus on achieving sales and growing our business

Reliable, punctual, and can work independently

Passionate about quality cuts and clean, efficient work
