About the Role:

As the Project Lead, you will provide strategic direction and project leadership across the full lifecycle of a major residential renewal project. You will oversee internal teams and external contractors including subject matter experts, ensuring planning, operational, and funding streams are aligned for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery strategy
• Manage cross-functional teams across technical, development, and financial streams
• Engage with key partners including community housing, councils, and government departments
• Oversee project funding, risk management, and planning frameworks
• Report directly to executive leadership, providing strategic project advice

About You:

• 10–15+ years of relevant project leadership experience
• Strong exposure to government or demonstrated experience working with/alongside public sector
• Experience in urban development, housing, or estate renewal projects
• Background with Tier 1 developers or complex multi-stakeholder infrastructure preferred
• Excellent understanding of funding strategy, risk qualification, and planning principles
