Location: Sydney Barangaroo / Hybrid role
Contract Duration: Phase-1 for 3 months and expected to extend up to 12 months and beyond
Security Clearance: Baseline minimum

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the overall test plan and strategy for the project.
• Work with different teams (like developers, business leads, and vendors) to make sure testing is done smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep track of testing progress, risks, and any issues that come up.
• Run meetings to plan testing, track bugs, and make sure everything is ready before each test phase.
• Lead a team of testers (manual, automation, and performance).
• Make sure testing covers everything-from functionality to integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in software testing, including at least 5 years leading testing teams or projects.
• Experience working in big, complex environments with multiple vendors or stakeholders.
• Someone who understands Agile, DevOps, and modern testing tools (like JIRA or Selenium).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in industries like government, banking, telecom, or healthcare would be a big plus.
