About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Data Center Network design, implementation, and performance engineering projects. This role involves driving migration planning and execution, establishing strong relationships with customer management and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with delivery methodologies.

The Successful Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading, designing, deploying, and optimizing scalable Data Center solutions
• Extensive experience in IPTV or Service Provider content networks
• Experience in large and complex projects, particularly focusing on Next-Gen DC, EVPN, VXLAN, Nexus Dashboard
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues for both executive and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in documentation, technical writing, and reporting
• Familiarity with CI/CD toolchains, DevOps principles, YAML, and various programming languages (Python, PowerShell)
• Understanding of AI principles, tools, and use cases
• Awareness of third-party products/solutions in Network, DC, and related technologies

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology
• CCIE (DC/R&S/Enterprise) Certification
• Experience in UCS/Intersight and Hyperflex
• Knowledgeable in HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure) solutions, with skills in RHEL, Windows Server, CentOS administration, Active Directory and DNS configuration, VMware vCenter and vSphere, UCS Central, UCS Director, and automation
• Proficiency in Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google)
• A self-driven curiosity to learn, work in a fast-paced changing environment, and evolve continuously to keep pace with industry trends
• Strong analytical reasoning, creative problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate concepts into actionable execution
• Relevant Cloud Certifications
