We are looking for a Project Manager - Facility Planning for a 5-month temporary assignment supporting the delivery of capital, infrastructure, and change projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accommodation and spatial planning, who can lead project delivery across multiple service locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and refurbishment projects

Procure and coordinate consultants and contractors

Oversee design development, delivery, and commissioning phases

Lead spatial mapping and master accommodation planning

Support change management and service transition processes

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in facility or accommodation planning

Strong project management background in infrastructure or capital works

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and project documentation

Familiarity with spatial planning tools and methodologies

Experience leading change in operational or clinical service environments
