Meso Glass VIC is a Melboune fast-growing and upcoming glass manufacturer who is seeking an experienced and driven sales representative to help expand our business and offerings. We are seeking an Arabic speaker to expand our market.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?

$70K base salary (negotiable) PLUS commissions after achieving your allocated target – our current sales rep is earning in excess $150K. Successful sales people could realistically earn in excess of $200K, as the company has an uncapped earning structure.

The position is an opportunity to take advantage of the current industry growth phase and plant a long lasting legacy in this industry. You can also expect unrivaled support from the staff and best of all, we have taken care of all the paper work and streamlined the process. Your job is only to engage with customers and leave all the nitty gritty back to the office.

To be successful in the role you must meet the following criteria;

• Multilingual would be advantagous.
• Experience in sales, but building industry would be advantagous.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
• Target driven and motivated for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Current drivers licence and own vehicle.

The following criteria although not essential would be highly regarded;

• Knowledge of the glass, shower screen, and balustrades
• Experience in dealing with manufacturers, and builders alike.
• An ability to read building plans, and measurements is advantageous.
