With 36 years of building excellence behind us, our multi-storey residential developments are evolving to place commercial and retail components at center stage. This unique position offers you the rare chance to fully integrate with our development vision rather than applying traditional commercial agency approaches.
Your Impact
You’ll create the commercial heartbeat of our communities across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast—building lasting partnerships that enhance both our commercial success and the lives of residents who call our developments home.
Financial Rewards
- Base salary of approximately $100,000 plus Superannuation
- Attractive commission structure of 0.5% - 1% from exclusive listings
- Potential for total annual earnings OTE up to $250,000
Your Contribution
- Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies for our off-the-plan commercial properties
- Cultivate a quality network of leads, buyers, and tenants—focusing on building enduring partnerships rather than one-time transactions
- Guide the sales journey from prospect identification through to successful completion
- Masterfully handle lease agreements, conduct engaging site visits, and lead negotiations
- Perform strategic market research that informs our pricing and marketing directions
- Serve as the lead agent for our valued repeat, referral, and priority investment property buyers
- Secure and negotiate optimal leases for our project sales offices
- Foster meaningful connections with stakeholders across the property spectrum
Your Expertise
- Proven track record in commercial sales & leasing operations
- Deep understanding of southeast Queensland’s commercial property landscape
- Established industry relationships that can open doors
- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration - A must
- Experience with off-the-plan commercial and residential sales
- Exceptional communication skills that build trust and close deals
- Professional presence that represents our brand with maturity and credibility
- Previous experience working with developers (highly regarded)
