Your Role: Sales Appointment Coordinator
We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Sales Appointment Coordinator to manage and optimise our national sales calendar. You’ll be the link between call centre leads and high-performing sales reps, ensuring every quality lead is converted into a real, attended appointment.
From confirmation calls to schedule juggling and real-time calendar management, you’ll be the engine behind our sales momentum. If you love solving problems, keeping things on track, and being the reason the day runs smoothly, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Make confirmation calls to customers ahead of scheduled appointments to maximise attendance
Encourage decision-makers to be present at sales consultations for a stronger close rate
Assign qualified appointments to available sales reps based on timing and location
Manage a “phantom” overflow calendar to ensure backup coverage when cancellations strike
Jump in quickly to backfill last-minute cancellations and keep the team productive
Coordinate closely with our call centre and lead gen teams to align calling efforts with real-time availability
Maintain data accuracy across scheduling tools and internal systems
Contribute to building smarter calendar workflows and improving appointment efficiency
