Mackay City Auto Group is looking for an Aftercare Salesperson to join our team.

About the role

The role of the Aftercare Consultant is to work collaboratively with the sales teams to aid in the achievement of sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Our team has access to an extensive range of quality aftercare products; therefore, we can offer our clients the most in feature packed aftercare services in the industry.

This key sales role forms a direct connection between our clients and our business partners. The Aftercare Consultant is responsible for delivering these products and services to our customers and providing customers with a completely tailored solution to their individual car care needs. You are an important member of a company’s sales team. By supporting sales representatives and providing customers with solutions to ensure that they can protect their vehicle investment this is a rewarding and dynamic role just waiting for a driven and customer focused Consultant.

About the Role

Introducing, presenting and selling the full range of Aftercare products and services to every customer either face to face or follow up by phone/email

Working to set monthly sale targets

Outline and provide warranty guidelines to customers and follow-up each work order to ensure successful application/installations prior to delivery

Preparation of sales reporting, orders and other specific documentation

Act as the Showroom Concierge and meet and greet all customers

About You

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

Previous experience in Sales and Customer Service;

High level of Professionalism and Presentation;

Self-motivated attitude;

A passion for providing customers with an outstanding experience;

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets;

High levels of organisation and efficiency;

Ability to work autonomously;

A high level of computer literacy;

Hours of work can be negotiated for the right candidate. Open to School Hours and Mon to Fri only.
