The Role will include:

Facilitating the purchase of New and Used Vehicles from a showroom, telephone, online enquiry or a referral.

Providing exceptional customer service.

Ensuring all enquiries are followed up promptly and professionally.

Maintaining Product knowledge of the Mazda or Hyundai brands.

Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Negotiating deals for customers.

Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system.

Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals.

Required skills:

Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Be driven, ambitious and hardworking.

Have a happy and positive attitude.

Hold a current and valid manual driver’s licence.

Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers.

Expected OTE $100000 per annum

4 weeks Annual Leave per year

Additional 17.5% Annual Leave Loading

Hours Mon-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Hours Saturday 8.30am to 4.00pm

1 RDO per Week.

Alternating Saturday RDO

5 day working week.

Previous sales experience is ideal, but is not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
