Human Resource Admin
Contract / or casual - 15 hrs + per week, preferable coverage daily , Ashmore office
Support the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding and timesheet reviews. (Training for the right person, suit uni student, or working parent) WFH as contractor or in office as casual.
Specific duties include:
Creating and formatting documents used in recruitment and of contracts such as:
Formatting and placing ads
Enter data onto HR platform – Employment Hero to generate contracts of employment
Record keeping via spreadsheets, e files and Hero
Screen applications on high volume roles
Welcome our candidates through phone calls, emails and seek applications
Support the candidates in the recruitment and onboarding journey
Administer candidate information into the HR management system
Provide administration and project support for the HR and Management as required
Provide input and act to improve current processes and systems
Additional requirements
Prior use of google sheets and business platforms, advantageous
Competent, accurate and fast data entry and proofing skills
Civil Safety is a successful Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for the Mining, Civil Construction, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Primary Industries.
We offer an extensive range of courses and a variety of learning methods including face-to-face, blended learning, 100% online, and online refreshers.
Civil Safety conducts training at various local training facilities along with regional clientele, local schools, correctional facilities, councils and more.
Requirement
English first language, or spoken word clarity and reading and writing comprehension at EFL standard
Strong writing and researching skills
Exceptional computer skills specifically, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel and google drive
Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.
