The Role

Your duties will include:

• Managing a national switchboard and answering incoming calls
• Greeting clients, staff, and visitors
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
• Preparing beverages and assisting with catering
• Liaising with contractors and building management
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

You will be someone with:

• Prior experience in a corporate reception or administrative support role (legal or professional services preferred)
• A professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A high standard of presentation and client service orientation
