Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator / Memorial Installer / All-Rounder
Location: Springvale, VIC
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm)
Salary: $79,990 – $85,990 per annum + Super

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Coordinator / Memorial Installer / All-Rounder to join our small and supportive team. This is a full-time, hands-on role that offers variety, stability, and the chance to work with purpose in a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, practical skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed—from warehouse coordination and container unloading to cemetery installations and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate warehouse workflow and manage job scheduling

Operate a forklift to unload containers and move stock

Un-crate and handle granite and other stone materials

Install small stone memorials in cemeteries, meeting tight deadlines

Perform general warehouse duties, housekeeping and equipment maintenance

Handle items manually (up to 20kg)

General Warehouse Housekeeping

Occasional deliveries and site logistics as required - variations to schedule day-to-day

Bring a ‘till the job is done’ attitude to every day & contribute to a positive team environment

What You’ll Bring

Mandatory:

Current Forklift Licence

Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport

Manual handling and general construction or building experience

Power tool experience and knowledge

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a close-knit team

High attention to detail and strong time management

Strong OHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices

A 'can-do', team-oriented attitude

Desirable (not essential):

HRW Licence

White Card

Experience working with stone or similar materials
