Since then, we’ve grown into one of Sydney’s leading wholesale bakeries, proudly supplying over 300 cafés and restaurants. Infinity Bakery is looking for a hands-on, proactive Production Manager to join our passionate team. We’re a fast-paced, high-quality wholesale bakery, and this role is all about working on the floor with the team, leading by example and keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring products leave the bakery on time, to spec, and with care.

This is a varied role, and we’re looking for someone who can also step in to assist across pastry, bakery, and packing teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in bakery or pastry production

Ability to coach and develop team members by building accountability, clarity, and confidence

Good understanding of COG's, budgets and wastage.

Troubleshooting and removing real-time production bottlenecks while keeping the production flowing.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

A calm, organized approach under pressure

Willingness to get hands-on and work across departments

Excellent communication and time management

A team player who can also take charge when needed

Bonus Skills

Forklift licence

FMCG or wholesale food production experience

Key Responsibilities

Daily hands-on support and oversight of bakery operations

Help resolve day-to-day issues to keep production on track

Assist other teams when required (pastry, bakery, packing)

Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Support scheduling, planning, and reporting with Ops Manager
