Seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Manager to join a well-established, Australian-owned manufacturer of hose fittings based in Seven Hills. In this key leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

Use the Syteline system to track production and update internal sales on any delays

Work with purchasing to ensure raw materials and consumables are available

Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the production area

Investigate and report on safety incidents and non-conformances

Run monthly Toolbox meetings with the team

Ensure workshop tools and equipment are maintained

Provide updates to internal sales on production status and lead times

Skills Required:

5+ years' experience in a similar role (manufacturing)

Previous production planning + management experience

Competent in ERP system (Steyline highly regarded)

Proficient with MS office (excel/word)

Ability to lead a small team to ensure tasks are completed on time
