Your role

Supporting the Centre Director in daily operations and decision-making

Leading and mentoring a team of educators across all age groups

Being the Responsible Person and adhering to legal requirements

Assisting with compliance, rostering, family engagement, and QIP contributions

Upholding and modelling high standards of practice, relationships, and care

Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Previous experience in a 2IC, Room Leader, or centre leadership role

Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks

Confident leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

A steady, practical, and values-aligned approach to early education

What we offer
