The Position:

Little Joeys Early Learning Centre is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and reliable person who is dedicated to working with children and families to join our dynamic team. We offer our educators a supportive working environment and above aware rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist children in preparing for their materials and equipment for recreational and
educational activities

Provide guidance for the children in terms of social development

Guide and manage the children’s behaviour

Plan activities and supervise the children during activities

Develop and plan the environment in collaboration with assistant educators

Create a friendly, warm, safe, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment

Supervising the daily routine of children and maintain the hygiene of children

Essential Criteria:

Has Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or candidate is willing to commence study to obtain.

Has OCHRE Card or ability to obtain

Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards

Work well in a team environment and possess strong communication skills

Commitment to contribute to the mission and Catholic ethos of the College
