Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students, with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.

We’re seeking passionate and suitably qualified Team Leaders to lead our dedicated educators and create meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our littlest learners. Positions are available at our Early Learning Centres (ELCs) in Howard Springs and Palmerston on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Team Leader, you’ll be a mentor and a champion for play-based learning and lifelong wonder. This role offers exciting leadership and professional growth opportunities for aspiring professionals in the early childhood sector.

Working closely with the ELC Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality long day care and pre-school programs for children aged 3 and 4 years that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Ideally have prior leadership experience in an ELC setting
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to early childhood development and education
