$67,500 – $75,000 per year

We are looking for a fulltime Early Childhood Diploma Educator to join our team at BNC, a not-for-profit 57 place service.

The Early Childhood Diploma Educator provides support to the Room Leader and other educators, to ensure high quality education, care and development for children and families engaged in the service. The Educator also assists in the planning, preparation and implementation of programs appropriate to the needs of the children in care.

Who you are:

Diploma qualified in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification, with minimum one year of working experience

Reliable, motivated and a team player with good work ethic

Sound knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Ability to plan and implement a full planning cycle

Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and team members

Experience working in a multicultural team, preferably in Early Childhood setting

· Have a WWCC, Police Check, CPR, Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate, or willingness to obtain
