Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. This dual role combines both sales and customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their 4WD accessory needs, providing expert advice, and managing the service and repair process from quote to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing 4WD accessories.

Provide expert advice on vehicle upgrades and repairs.

Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Service Advisor:

Manage customer service bookings, including diagnosing vehicle issues and offering appropriate solutions.

Prepare detailed quotes and invoices, and ensure all customer requirements are met.

Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any queries.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or service role.

Strong knowledge of 4WD vehicles and accessories is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
