About the role

Join the dynamic team at Go To Flooring as a Sales Representative. This full-time position is based in our Capalaba or Strathpine (Hiring for 2 locations) showroom and will see you playing a key role in driving sales growth and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their flooring needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers, identify their flooring needs and provide expert advice

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, guiding them through the selection process

Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest flooring products, trends and industry developments

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service and support

Contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets and business objectives

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the home improvement or retail industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations

Keen attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate quotes and proposals

A positive, friendly and professional demeanour, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating independent initiative
