About the role

VanGo Caravan Services is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team in Underwood, Queensland. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our retail caravan accessories and parts offering.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products

Completing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems

Maintaining a tidy and well-organised retail space to create a welcoming environment

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as required, coordinating with suppliers for stock ordering

Assisting with inventory management and stock-taking

Supporting the overall operations of the retail store and workshop as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the caravan or automotive industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Excellent product knowledge or the willingness to learn about our range of caravan accessories and parts

Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with an eye for detail

Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and professional attitude

Comfortable working as part of a team as well as independently
