The Role
Step into the role of an internal sales customer service representative, where you'll be at the heart of our operations. Manage a variety of high-quality products, deliver exceptional customer service, and support both external clients and our sales team. Your contribution will ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, making you a key player in our success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for our specialized products, driving growth and revenue.
Efficiently handle and follow up on customer orders, quotes, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on key accounts to ensure retention and loyalty.
Ensure timely delivery of customer orders, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Proactively engage with customers over the phone, identifying opportunities to upsell and drive sales interest.
Skills & Experience Needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and quick learning ability, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong multitasking skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proven track record of achieving results.
Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and past customers to generate sales interest and build relationships.
Experience in the electrical industry is a plus, but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per annum, plus additional superannuation.
Lucrative commission structure - $15,000
