Enterix Australia is seeking a full-time Customer Support Officer (CSO) to join our dedicated team at our North Ryde facility, working Monday to Friday. This is strictly an on-site role due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position.

Is digitally literate — comfortable using computers, email, and office systems as part of their daily responsibilities.
Is looking for a stable full-time permanent role.
The main duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Communicating in a courteous and responsive manner with customers (both internal and external) regarding sample submissions and associated queries.
Provide a positive experience for all customers (both internal and external), which includes actioning customer enquiries and investigating customer complaints/feedback.
Processing Orders/Kits/Invoices for Customers in our platform, and ensuring inventory is appropriately documented.
Assisting the team in reviewing the monthly metric/reporting activities.
Completing investigations on escalated customer complaints and/or non-conformities as per procedure.
Assist in the review of internal procedures to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Supporting the team to ensure day-to-day operations run and tasks are completed.

The ideal candidate will have:
A positive attitude, with a strong focus to deliver excellent customer service.
Demonstrated experience with multi-tasking and ability to work in a team.
A drive and commitment to learn; a candidate who is not afraid to fail in order to succeed .
Possess excellent computer, administrative and communication skills.
Previous data entry experience and experience working in small businesses is highly advantageous but not essential.
Demonstrated time management and attention to detail.
