Step into your new role!
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our fun and dynamic team. If you relish in the opportunity to find a solution for a problem and are an ERP whiz (specifically Netsuite) then this will be the role for you! You’ll answer calls and emails, responding quickly to all inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do:
Monitoring and actioning customer inbound phone calls, emails and digital platform enquiries ensuring all are handled in a timely manner.
Supporting our BDM sales team with over-flow order processing including new account opening orders and other customer order updates
Processing customer orders and handling customer inquiries, including product or service-related queries
Assisting with order delivery tracking and liaising with the customer, warehouse contact, or sales rep regarding any freight or logistics inquiries
Oversee and complete daily processes as required including Order Fulfilments, Returns and Credits, Order Releases and other tasks
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Support Officer role using NetSuite or similar Oracle ERP
Other important skills and experience include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issues
Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset, to ensure customer satisfaction
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks and follow set procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and records
Initiative for process improvements and other efficiencies
