We are seeking a motivated and professional RTO Sales Consultant and Student Support Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for students and prospects, supporting their journey from enquiry to enrolment—and beyond.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Sales & Enrolments

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats.

Promote upcoming courses and generate leads.

Manage and follow up with general course enquieries

Provide accurate course information and assess student suitability.

Follow up on enrolment, payments, and documentation.

Maintain detailed records using CRM platforms (Hubspot and aXcelerate).

Student Support

Be the go-to for student questions and concerns.

Assist students with onboarding, learning needs, and issue resolution.

Provide exceptional service and guidance throughout the student lifecycle.

Administration

Process enrolments and support documentation.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or admin roles.

Confident with outbound calls and lead generation.

Strong computer skills and CRM experience (Hubspot and aXcelerate preferred).

Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

Able to work both independently and in a team.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in an RTO or education setting.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116).

Knowledge of traffic management training and government funding contracts.
