Your Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage personnel and equipment allocations using our job management system.
- HSEQ Compliance: Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld.
- Training Matrix Maintenance: Keep training records accurate and up to date.
- SWMS Preparation: Create Safe Work Method Statements for projects.
- Equipment Management: Oversee servicing, repairs, risk assessments, and plant inductions.
- Project Review: Ensure project notes are completed by staff to facilitate timely invoicing.
Your Impact
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our people and machinery are accurately assigned to projects, allowing for their efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A seasoned scheduler or allocator with 5+ years of experience in logistics, construction scheduling, or supply chain management. Operational experience or a background in plant/equipment/vactruck hire for civil construction is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO quality systems and an in-depth understanding of construction machinery and equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong Communication: Clear and adaptable communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
