SALES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NCH Australia, a family-owned company with a 106-year history, is in search of a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit to join our thriving sales team in Melbourne VIC Facilities division. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead new business development, manage accounts, and foster enduring relationships with customers. Your focus will be on selling a variety of high-quality solutions across multiple sectors. You'll benefit from extensive training in lead generation, business development, and relationship building, all designed to support your journey in carving out a successful territory in the Melbourne area.

- Guaranteed base salary along with commission on all sales, resulting in an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000+

Requirements

- Dynamic. self motivated and driven personality

- Competitive mindset coupled with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Previous sales experience is a bonus but not a necessity

- Track record of both personal and professional achievements

- Robust skills in relationship building, communication, and presentation

- Must possess a valid full Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English

- Basic computer literacy
