The Role
As the face of the business in Ballina and surrounding areas, you’ll meet with homeowners, conduct consultations, and provide accurate measure-and-quote services for premium building products. All leads are provided – your focus is to build trust, offer solutions, and close the sale.

About You You’re a down-to-earth, relatable person who takes pride in doing a job well. You enjoy meeting people, offering honest advice, and are comfortable working to targets.

To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Experience dealing with builders or within the building materials industry
• A track record of in-home sales or measure & quote experience
• Confidence using tablets and basic digital tools for quoting and CRM updates
• A self-driven, dependable attitude and the ability to manage your own day
• A willingness to learn, grow and represent a trusted local brand
• White card
