Position: Accounts Officer/Payroll

Permanent Part time: (24-32hrs per week)

$35-$40 p/h ($69,160-$79,040 per annum pro-rata)

Transport Equipment Supplies Pty Ltd are seeking a passionate and experienced Accounts Officer/Payroll to join our Team on a permanent part-time basis, working a flexible 24-32 hours per week. Reporting directly to the General Manager and supported by the Purchasing Manager and the Sales Team, you will have full autonomy in this critical role.

About the Company:

Based in Dandenong South, we have been providing quality steel manufactured components since 2007 and have built a reputation as one of Australia’s leading suppliers of custom-designed steel products to the Truck and semi trailer industry.

In recent years we have also broadened our capabilities and markets by investing in state of the art machinery which makes TES a one-stop shop for any requirements in the fabricated steel industry.

We operate 24/6 and have a team of approximately 40 staff.

Duties and requirements:

Manage the full function of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables which involves processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements/delivery dockets, managing the debtors report, and chasing up overdue accounts.

Manage the full function of Payroll for 40+ staff (weekly process)

Processing Payroll Tax/Quick Super monthly

Reconciling Work Cover payments

Month end processing

Preparation and analysis of Income Statement/debtors report and other adhoc reports

Light admin work on an adhoc basis

Currently using MYOB EXO Business and Job Costing.
