About the Role

Reporting into an experienced and approachable Payroll Manager, this role will see you working alongside a team of skilled professionals to deliver timely and accurate payroll services. This contract is ideal for a Payroll Officer with end-to-end payroll experience and a strong focus on detail and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Full function, end-to-end payroll processing

Calculation and processing of leave entitlements including long service and parental leave

Interpreting multiple EBAs and Awards

Handling employee queries and managing the payroll inbox

Processing terminations, redundancies, and adjustments

Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related matters

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll

Proficiency using Chris21 is essential

Knowledge of complex EBAs and Awards interpretation

Previous experience in a high-volume or complex payroll environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
