BOAT BROKER

Mansfield Marine Brokers are looking for motivated, person/s with a good level of local marine world experience and boat brand familiarity to join our team! We represent great brands and offer endless opportunity for the right person. Specific sales experience is not critical but is certainly going to be an advantage. Social media marketing ability is something that would helpful in the position, the applicant should have their recreational skipper ticket at a minimum and should be able to confidently handle most boats when needed.

We are WA’s distributor for NEW CARIBBEAN ( now owned and built by Maritimo) , SEARAY, ROBALO and BENETEAU power and sail boats, in addition we sell a large amount of USED BOATS. Applicants will be responsible for generating listings of brokerage boats and selling new boats, so an understanding of the marine sector and having good connections within the marine fraternity would be a huge advantage. We have busy offices in HILLARYS and FREMANTLE and looking to expand into other Northern suburbs marinas in the future. The applicant's would work between the Fremantle and Hillarys offices, attending marinas throughout Perth metro area. We required a senior broker for our Hillarys office and possibly a junior for Fremantle and or Hillarys. As we are looking for more than 1 person, the role and pay structure will be dependent on the applicant. There is potential for a motivated and talented person to easily earn well more than $200k PA.

Long term position available to the right applicant/s, with negotiable $$ terms depending on experience.

Immediate start is available but we would be happy to discuss an agreeable suitable start date if current employment obligations need to be considered by the applicant.
