Due to the growth of our client's business, we are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their experienced team and manage their own portfolio. The company are just outside the city, are a team of approx 40 with some fantastic tenure within the team.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and engaging individual, who is keen to build their career and exceed client’s expectations.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for a varied portfolio of SME - Mid Market clients
• Co-ordinate renewals, new business, quoting and re-marketing across the portfolio
• Develop and maintain strong relationships and build partnerships
• Provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients
• Work closely with a Senior Broker assisting with the companies largest accounts

We are looking for someone with:

• Broking experience across SME and Domestic products, with heavy or commercial motor experience highly considered
• Tier 1 Broking Qualification preferred but not required
• The ability to build strong client relationships and maintain good client retention
• A willingness to learn and be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
